Welcome to Skate Night!’s official blog!
We’ve got a lot of plans for this fall, and we wanted to share some of them with you, our dearest friends:
We’re playing this Saturday, 9/11, with ACTION AFTERDARK!, at the AllWays Lounge (one of our favorite bars of all time!).
We are in the middle of writing and recording our follow-up to “OMG. WTF. WOW.”, another EP, titled “I.R.L.” We’re hoping to release it before November (fingers crossed!). We’re really, really excited about “I.R.L.”-it’s going to feature our finest jams yet, including “Headphones” and “Terrytown Hot.”
Filming has begun for Skate Night!’s first music video, for the song “Terrytown Hot,” a tribute to some of LA’s finest thugs.
In the middle of all this, we’re hitting the road to play a couple of shows in Texas at the end of October.
No complaints here, though! It’s great to be busy! Stay tuned, because we’ll be posting a special treat for you all in the next week…think: “Big. Blonde. Boobs.”
